We've had so many funny things happening in our house lately. Spencer and Matthew have the most creative minds. On Sunday, we were looking for scriptures that foretell of Christ birth, and Spencer chimes in saying " Look in the State of Matthew!" . We all looked at him and said "What??". Then he said " You know S T . Matthew!"

Matthew is coming up with funnies of his own. Like everything being said can be ended in dot com. Love my boys!

Matthews Christmas song in January

This morning Matthew and Spencer wanted some cuddle time before they got up and dressed for school. While we were laying there Matt asked, "Do you want to here my first Christmas song?" After a few remarks from Spencer about how Matt's song taking an hour. I told Spencer that I wanted to hear Matt. So, I said, "Matt, go ahead." Matt was silent for a moment. So, I said, "Matt, go ahead." Matt said, "Just a second. I have to get connected." He waited a second then began to sing is song, only to pause again and say, "I have to be connected. My whole body has to be connected." Then he started his song again.
Matt's song went something like this:

Santa bowed to Jesus when he was a baby, he bowed to Jesus, cause he is the one we all have to bow to....

This song went on to say that we should listen to Jesus Christ who teaches us to be good, but don't listen to Satan, cuase he tells us to be mean.
I can't remember all of the words, but the song was absolutely music to my heart. The future is in good hands.

In the beginning..

This is the beginning.. this is not something that I thought that I would ever be doing. Starting a blog!? Anyone who knows me, knows that writing is just not something I enjoy, or even like, doing. So I am turning over a new leaf and joining the masses of the blogging community. This will be the place to catch up on the memorable moments of my family. Since I have a family that is never not in motion, I should never run out of something to say. Just a little note, the author of this blog will be DeeAnn, aka DeeDee, I just haven't learned how to sign in yet!
